Each issue of Cassandra covers a single topic, announced in advance. It's produced and published once we select, edit, and format all the contributions for that issue.
Please pitch an idea rather than submit a finished piece. Even if you have already written a piece, let's talk before you submit it.
Everything in Cassandra Zine is CC licensed. You retain the copyright, Cassandra runs it under CC-Share-alike-Attribution. If you want another CC license, that's doable.
Nothing already published elsewhere, unless it is your own personal site. We don't want any copyfights.
At this time, Cassandra, like Bitch, and Crime, doesn't pay. Though the founder will tend to gift contributors something. The only paid section of Cassandra Zine is poetry, inquire about rates.
Cassandra has one editor and producer at this time -- Quinn Norton. Everyone else working on or contributing to Cassandra Zine is automatically a mench.
Cassandra currently has no business model, and will never be by subscription only, and thusly closed off from the public. Ads don't look likely either. We'll see how it works out in a few months.
